In Amsterdam, a group of 100 refugees is fighting for their legal status. As they mobilize for their rights, they occupy the small, abandoned neighborhood of Rudolf Dieselstraat, which is under threat from gentrification. Their eviction during the month of Ramadan by Ymere (a large housing corporation in the Netherlands) will pose a serious challenge to the unity of the collective, as they risk being left on the streets.
